Join us for a guided meditation journey to relax, rejuvenate and unwind. Each month, we will explore a different journey designed to encourage mindfulness and help you focus on what your body needs to remain present in the moment. Sessions will include full body scans, gratitude practices, and calming guided meditation techniques.
Each journey is designed to reconnect your mind and body, giving you the opportunity to step away from the stresses of daily life and take one full hour just for yourself.
